Katetian Moon Designs

For many people, the deal breaker is the approximate total cost to have a custom site designed and set up.  Although it is impossible to give a specific price due to the varying complexities of different site styles, I can give you the following information:

In Advance:

Domain registration fee:  $10-15

A minimum of 1 month of web hosting fees ($20) unless you have already secured your own web  hosting service elsewhere.  You may pay for as many months of web hosting in advance as you would like.

Upon Completion of the Site:

Cost of site development:  $25 per hour, total time spent on site creation, graphics and phone consults.  This is to be paid within 7 days of the site “going live.” 

Continued Webmaster Services:

If you wish to manage your own site, a WordPress tutorial will be sent to you.  You may set up as many people as you like with their own account to manage the site.

If you wish to have Katetian Moon Designs manage and update your site, the fee is $25 per hour.  Terms of this agreement are outlined in detail in the “Services and Terms” section of this website.

Ongoing Fees:

If you have web hosting with Katetian Moon Designs, the cost of web hosting is $20 per month, paid in advance according to the terms set up in the “Services and Terms” section of this website.

Your domain name must be renewed annually unless you purchased more than one year of usage.  Another fee, normally in the same amount as the initial fee, is required prior to the expiration date in order to continue using the domain name.  In other words, you have to “buy” your domain name each year.
